There really was great rejoicing today when his
family came to meet Big Boy on the road but this
time with a difference. He came back from
therapy at the centre with his own wheel chair to
keep at home. This is going to make a huge
difference to his mother who takes care of him. Our
special thanks to Jackie from “Cycling for Mobility”
who, through the medium of Joberg2C, has collected
and distributed wheelchairs to communities involved
with the famous race. Another dear old
gentleman who had suffered a severe stroke was also
overcome when we brought him a brand new chair on
wheels.
